Klean Vision

Behind the Vision

Jeffrey and Kennedi behind Klean Vision Photo in Norfolk

Klean Vision began as something entirely different—a janitorial business founded by Jeffrey Kramer, Sr. in San Diego. Known for his incredible work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, Jeffrey Sr. built a reputation for excellence. Though he passed away in the early 2000s, his legacy lives on through his son, Jeffrey Jr., who carries forward the same values of dedication, integrity, and care.

When we launched Klean Vision Photo, we chose to keep the name as a tribute to the man who inspired it all. Every session we shoot is rooted in the same commitment to excellence that defined Jeffrey Sr.’s work.

In 2021, we (Jeffrey & Kennedi) got married—but spent the first year and a half of marriage living apart due to COVID and Navy orders. In 2022, we were finally reunited through a Navy PCS, and that’s when Klean Vision slowly evolved into a husband-and-wife creative team. By 2023, it became our full-time venture.

In 2025, we moved to Hampton Roads—Kennedi’s hometown—and we now call Norfolk home. We proudly serve couples and families across the region, including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Portsmouth.

At its core, Klean Vision is about more than photos. It’s about legacy, love, and honest storytelling—values passed down, lived out, and captured in every frame.

Photography has taken me on some incredible journeys—from the vibrant streets of Japan to the skies off the coast of San Diego in a private plane, from the flight deck of a U.S. aircraft carrier to the sidelines of college football bowl games.

Now, I’m using the gifts God has given me to create lasting images for others—moments that you and your loved ones can treasure for a lifetime.

Why do we believe having a photographer is important?

In today’s world, taking pictures is easy—our phones are always within reach. But professional photography goes deeper than just snapping a shot. It’s about capturing emotion, connection, and the fleeting moments you’ll want to remember forever.

When you look back at your photos, I want you to feel something. Maybe it’s the joy of a belly laugh during your session, or the quiet intensity of your partner’s gaze during a first look. A good photograph holds space for those moments. And when I’m behind the camera, you get to be in the moment—no worrying about angles, lighting, or whether everyone’s in the frame. Let me handle that, so you can stay fully present.

But the story doesn’t end with a digital gallery.

Your photos deserve to live beyond the screen. Print them. Frame them. Create an album you can hold, flip through, and one day pass down. It’s too easy for meaningful images to get buried on a phone—while a beautifully crafted photo album becomes part of your legacy.
